  On a road trip, still have 7 hours left. Popped in for some quick pizza, they said 20 mins I guess that's okay. Here I am 40 minutes later. Food was fine.

  Ordered carryout like we normally do on the weekends at around 6:30ish and the page told me it would be about $40.66 or so and ready around 7:17. When my husband went to pick it up, they hadn't done the order AT ALL and were asking for the confirmation code and what the order was. I sent screenshots of the ENTIRE order AND its price to which they obviously had to start then because they hadn't already AND they STILL got the order wrong plus added $6 more to my order for their mistake, refusing to honor the carryout price that was ordered in the first place!!! Took like 30 extra minutes than it should have and they charged us MORE for it! I'm pretty sure that's not how good customer service works. I wasn't with my husband, so I didn't know until he had already paid the ludicrous price AND gotten home with a wrong order. Had I been there, this would NOT have been accepted and I'd have told them to shove their pizza where the sun doesn't shine! If anybody there reads this and wants to remedy this idiocy, then you should contact me asap! Will NOT order from them again if this isn't fixed. UPDATE: I asked for Hut Favorite on my crust and they couldn't even do that.

  It was just okay, the bathroom was a little rough, and I thought 30 minutes was a little long just for a small personal pan pizza, but otherwise my pizza was good and the service was fine.

  Great Pizza Hut! Service was awesome, Pizza was awesome, and this Pizza Hut was clean! Love their variety at the lunch buffet as well!
